We had a great time with Captain Jon and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was fantastic with my six-year-old son, came fully prepared, and made the day easy and enjoyable for everyone. He also cleaned our fish with care, which we really appreciated. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a family-friendly fishing trip.

Captain Jon was excellent from start to finish. Even though we were very inexperienced, he put us on the fish right away and made the whole trip easy and enjoyable. We landed five sharks in under three hours and had an amazing time. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a fun and well-run fishing trip.

We had an excellent day on the water with Captain Jon, fishing with my brother visiting from California and our four boys. He had us on fish quickly, and the kids had a blast reeling in a couple dozen bluefish along with Spanish mackerel and false albacore. What stood out most was Captain Jon’s calm, patient approach with the kids. He made sure everyone felt involved, learned along the way, and had a great time from start to finish. It was a fun, educational experience for the whole group, and we would highly recommend him.

Jon was on time and made everything easy from start to finish. We got out and back smoothly with plenty of chances to catch fish along the way, and even the music fit the vibe perfectly. It was an all-around great day on the water with him.

We had a great trip with JP Charters and couldn’t have asked for a better day on the water. The boat was spotless, the equipment was in excellent shape, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Captain Jon is easy to fish with and clearly knows the ocean and where to find fish. We caught plenty of bluefish, limited out on black seabass, and capped off the trip by landing a solid sand shark. It was an action-packed day that kept everyone engaged the entire time. I would highly recommend JP Charters to anyone looking for a deep sea fishing experience in Cape May, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again soon.

Our family had an unforgettable fishing trip with Captain Jonathan from start to finish. From the moment we arrived at the dock, everything ran smoothly. We wanted a more personal experience rather than joining a party boat, and this charter was exactly what we were looking for.
